Becky Dennison Sakellariou was born and raised in New England and has lived most of her adult life in Greece. Her poems have appeared in a wide variety of journals. Her chapbook, The Importance of Bone, was published by Blue Light Press in 2005, and her full-length book, Earth Listening, by Hobblebush Books in 2010 as part of the Granite State Poetry Series. Finishing Line Press put out her chapbook, What Shall I Cry? in 2013 and her most recent publication is The Possibility of Red/Η Πιθανότητα του Κόκκινο, a bilingual edition of 11 previously published poems translated into Greek by Maria Laina and published by Hobblebush Books.
